Annual pet blessing for feast of St. Francis of Assisi

Dressed in their finest church clothing, hundreds of Peruvian pets attended mass on Sunday where they were blessed in honour of Saint Francis of Assisi. The annual tradition in Lima honours the saint who is revered for his love of nature and animals.
