Iraqi grenade attacks wound 12 US soldiers

It said five soldiers were wounded in an initial attack, when eight grenades were thrown. An hour later, two more grenades were thrown, wounding five soldiers, and 45 minutes after that another grenade wounded two.

The military said eight suspects are being held in connection with the attacks.
