A Health and Safety Authority inquiry started at the weekend following an explosion at the Irish Steel plant at Haul bowline in Cork Harbour which caused at least £400,000 of damage. Production has been temporarily restricted.
The blast occurred shortly after noon on Saturday. There were no injuries.
