Gardaí in Waterford have appealed for public assistance in tracing a missing man.
Pat McCarthy (53) was last seen close to St Otteran's Hospital in Waterford at 9.30pm on January 17th.
He is described as 6ft in height, weighing 15 stone, with dark brown hair. When last seen he was wearing beige trousers, a grey and black striped sweatshirt, a brown anorak and a beige baseball cap with the word 'Singapore' written on it in red letters .
