Held weekly over six evenings from 7.30pm-9.30pm, the courses begin on April 20th (for parents of teenagers) and April 21st (for parents of young children) in the Carmichael Centre, North Brunswick St, Dublin 7. Mental Wellbeing: Drug Free Solutionsis the theme of a public seminar on Saturday and Sunday in Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, Dublin. Speakers include Dr Alex Richardson, author of They Are What You Feed Them, and Deborah Colson, author of The Alzheimer's Prevention Plan.Psychotherapist Aine Tubridy and the founder of Mind Freedom Ireland Mary Maddock will add the medical and patient perspectives.

CoisCéimDance Theatre and Dublin City Council are inviting anyone aged 50 or over to join in the drop-in dance classes at six venues around Dublin, starting next week.
