The educogym in Blackrock, Co Dublin is offering free fitness sessions with personal trainers tomorrow in a bid to increase membership for the autumn. Bring along the appropriate gear and join in the free sessions at 8am, 1pm, 5pm and 8pm.

Meditation walks, chakra energy healing, yoga and a holistic health fair are just some of the events in the Achill Holistic Festival from August 10th-13th.

Keel community hall on the south side of Achill Island is the venue for the holistic fair from Friday to Monday.

Family Constellation work explores hidden entanglements from past generations that result in persistent life issues – physical and/or psychological, professional or personal.
