Godolphin will have four representatives in Saturday's seventh running of the richest horse race in the world, the Dubai World Cup.
The quartet will be headed by last year's Arc de Triomphe and Breeders' Cup hero Sakhee who hardened in the betting today with the news that possible rival Nayef sidesteps the race.
Nayef will instead be aimed at the Dubai Sheema Classic over a mile and a half on the same card.
The decision to bypass the World Cup with Nayef comes despite jockey Richard Hills stating earlier this week that he preferred the 10-furlong option for the colt.
A total of 23 horses trained locally by bin Suroor were declared today for Saturday's card.
Best of the Bests (Jamie Spencer), State Shinto (Ted Durcan) and Street Cry (Jerry Bailey) will also take their chances in the showpiece event.
Sakhee, the 4-9 favourite from 4-6 with Coral, impressed workwatchers with a five-furlong spin at home early this morning as he completed his final preparations.
