Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a serious sexual and physical assault on woman in a Dublin apartment at the weekend.
The 23-year-old was hospitalised after the attack in the apartment complex on Jervis Street, Dublin 1 last Saturday at 6 a.m.
"Gardaí would like to speak to anyone who was in the area around that time or who may have seen anything unusual," a Garda statement said.
A spokesman said they did not have a description of the alleged culprit as yet.
