Gardaí have released without charge the four people arrested yesterday in connection with the murder of a man in Tallaght on St Stephen's Day.
The four, three men and a woman, were arrested in Tallaght as part of the investigation into the murder of Joseph Cummins (48) from Dunaghmore Crescent in Tallaght.
The four were released without charge last night. Files for two of those held are to be sent to DPP and the investigation is continuing a garda spokeswoman told ireland.comthis morning.
They were held for question in Tallaght and Rathfarnham garda stations under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
Mr Cummins died after being shot three times on December 26th.
On December 28th last, Mr Shay Wildes (34) was charged with Mr Cummins’ murder.
