GARDAI were yesterday still appealing for information about the missing Dublin civil servant, Ms Marilyn Ryan, who has not been seen since she caught a bus into the city three days before Christmas.

Ms Ryan (40) did not take any extra cash or her passport when she left home in Blanchardstown on December 22nd.

She was seen by a neighbour waiting for a number 38 bus going into Dublin and has not been seen since.

Ms Ryan, who lived alone, was last seen wearing a black skirt, red blouse and a green overcoat.

There is still no sign of the young Co Kilkenny woman, Josephine Dollard, who disappeared in November while hitch hiking home.

Meanwhile, a post mortem will be carried out today on a 25 year old woman whose body was discovered at the weekend on Dollymount Strand, Dublin. Ms Denise Boyers, from Portmarnock, Co Dublin, was reported missing from the family home almost two weeks ago.

Last week her family appealed for information about her whereabouts and said she was in need of medical attention due to depression.

Her body was discovered shortly before 9 p.m. on Saturday.
