Gardaí at Naas are seeking the public's assistance in finding Mr Peter Folan, 61, who has been missing since yesterday afternoon.
Mr Folan was a patient at Naas Hospital. He is described as 5’7’’ with grey hair. He walks with a stoop and has a constant shake in his hand, according to gardaí.
When last seen he was wearing grey trousers and a grey sweater. There are concerns that Mr Folan may need urgent medical attention.
