Gardaí have today warned people working in businesses and retail outlets in Dublin to be on the alert for forged €50 notes.
Those working in pubs are advised to be particularly vigilant, and bar staff asked to provide €5, €10 and €20 notes €50 notes should check the authenticity of the notes.
