Gardaí have uncovered a cache of weapons close to the border in County Donegal.
The arms were found following a planned search in a hedgerow near the village of Stranolar.
The haul - which gardaií believe could have been stored by a dissident paramilitary group included two AK47 rifles, a pump-action shotgun, a machine gun, a rocket launcher and detonators.
No arrests were made as a result of the find. PA
