Los Angeles - The Nobel Prize-winning Colombian author, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, was treated last week in Los Angeles for low-intensity lymphoma, the Los Angeles Times said yesterday.
Garcia Marquez was diagnosed in Colombia as having "general exhaustion syndrome" and doctors in Los Angeles confirmed he had lymphoma.
