A gang of youths attacked a PSNI vehicle last night with petrol bombs.
The incident happened at Butchers Street where a commercial premises was also attacked. A police car in nearby Rossville Street was struck by a petrol bomb. No one was hurt in the attack.
It was also reported that an explosive device was thrown at the Masonic Lodge military base, causing minor damage.
