A private Rosary was held at Molloy's funeral home in Callan last night. The removal from Molloy's and funeral Mass took place this morning, with burial afterwards at the cemetery adjoining St Nicholas Church.

Gardai are still investigating the circumstances and the possibility that Ms Whelan was already dead when the fire was started.
