PARIS - France's military evacuation of civilians from the bullet riddled Congolese capital Brazzaville will be completed by tomorrow, the French foreign ministry said.
The 1,250 French troop detachment will then start "its disengagement with a view to a total withdrawal," the ministry said. "All French nationals who wished to leave will have been evacuated."
