Four men have been arrested and a car impounded by gardaí hunting the killer of criminal John Wilson in Ballyfermot, Dublin, last week.
All four, aged from their late teens to early 30s, were detained in morning raids in Dublin under special laws targeting organised crime. Five men in total are now in custody for questioning over the murder.
The five suspects are being held under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 at Garda stations in the Dublin area. They can can be held for up to seven days.
Wilson (35), a drug dealer with a firearms conviction, was fatally shot at his home in Ballyfermot, Dublin, last Friday, just minutes after doing the school run.
