Former priest guilty of having child porn

A former priest has pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to three counts of possession of child pornography.

Oliver O’Grady (63), Ranelagh, admitted to having a laptop containing child pornography at Dublin airport in February 2010.

He also pleaded guilty to possessing cassette tapes with video and audio of child pornography and to having an external hard drive and two USB keys containing child pornography last December.

Judge Martin Nolan set a sentencing for next January.
