Five men arrested as part of the police inquiry into the murder of a man in Derry last year have now been released from custody.

They were being held in the inquiry into the murder of Emmet Shiels (22), a pizza delivery man, in the Creggan area in June 2008.

A PSNI spokesman said four men were released unconditionally.  The fifth, a 33-year-old man, was released pending a report being sent to the Public Prosecution Service.
