A hotel in Donabate, Co Dublin has been extensively damaged by a fire which broke out this morning.
An explosion occurred and a fire broke out at The Waterside Hotel, Calcarrick, Donabate at 3.40 a.m.
No one was injured in the fire, but it caused extensive damage to the building. The hotel was closed at the time.
The scene has been preserved for technical and forensic examination.
