Cologne - In what is apparently the first such court judgment in Germany, a former Nazi slave labourer from Poland has won an indemnity payment of 15,000 marks (€7,700) from a German firm, a spokesman for an association for Nazi victims said yesterday.

The 78-year-old man, named only as Stanislaw A., won the payment from a German firm in a court in Stuttgart, Mr Stephan Bulow said.
