Worried about what you're going to feed a vegetarian this Christmas? The Chrysalis holistic centre may have the answer. On December 12th it is the venue for a day-long demonstration on celebrating veggie cookery. Forget dry nut loaves and soggy salads - the emphasis on the 12th is on gourmet meatless grub and traditional foods with a veggie twist.
The day begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 5.30 p.m. and the cost is £50. This includes being well fed on the various dishes chef Tracy Culleton prepares.
