ORGANISERS OF a jobs fair in Dublin tomorrow are expecting strong interest in the 200-plus jobs that will be on offer.

Seven businesses in EastPoint Business Park, near Dublin Port, have pooled resources to fill their vacancies at the second annual EastPoint Jobs and Careers Fair at Estuary House.

Jobs on offer include positions in IT sales, business development, technical support, accounting and finance and project management. Customer service personnel with European languages and data analysts with foreign language skills are also being sought.

The companies recruiting are Oracle, Whirlpool, Citrix, Citrix Online, Arvato, Ergo and Global Tele Sales, whose representatives will be available. Candidates are advised to bring up-to-date CVs.

The fair will include a careers and education section which will feature many of Ireland’s third-level institutions and professional bodies. These will include UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School, Trinity College Dublin and Dublin City University as well as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.

The event runs from 10.30am- 2.30pm and from 4.30pm-7.30pm tomorrow. A free shuttle bus will run from the Point Luas station and Clontarf Dart station.
