The Customs National Drugs Team last night seized 58ks of cannabis resin, valued at £0.5 million, at Dublin Port

The Customs National Drugs Team last night seized 58ks of cannabis resin, valued at £0.5 million, at Dublin Port. The drugs were found on a container ship carrying fruit and vegetables, which had originated in the Netherlands and arrived in Dublin from Britain.

A 28-year-old Irishman, who had driven the vessel at the time the drugs were found, was arrested and questioned by customs officers.
