One Naval Service diver who is still in hospital in Dublin after this week's accident during the Tall Ships race is expected to be released today.
An investigation into the accident has been ordered by the Minister for Defence, Mr Smith, and the Minister for the Marine, Dr Woods, has also requested a report.
The Air Accident Investigation Unit of the Department of Public Enterprise and Employment has also initiated a formal investigation.
