A MAN, held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, was helping gardai with their inquiries into the suspicious death of a middle aged woman who was found in her flat at Harrington Street, Dublin last night. There were no signs of forced entry to the ground floor flat, according to Supt John Mulderrig, of Kevin Street Garda station.

There were injuries to the woman's body and a preliminary post mortem was carried out by the State Pathologist, Dr John Harbison. The body has been moved to the city morgue and a full post mortem will take place later today.
