ZAGREB - Croatia's State Judicial Council has sacked the president of the Supreme Court for bringing the court and the office of judge into disrepute, a newspaper reported yesterday.

The Zagreb daily, Vjesnik, said the council took the decision to fire Judge Krunislav Olujic on Tuesday after a disciplinary hearing.
