Gardaí seize cannabis worth €700,000 in Dublin

Gardaí in Dublin have seized cannabis with an estimated street value of €700,000.

A Garda spokesman said the discovery of the cannabis herb and resin was made yesterday evening following a planned search of a house in Hazel Grove Court, Tallaght.

The search w as part of an ongoing operation into the sale and supply of drugs in the Tallaght area.

No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing, the spokesman added.
