Connacht v Munster match rescheduled

The Connacht versus Munster rugby match in the Magners League, scheduled for the Galway Sportsground on Sunday, December 26th, has been rescheduled.

It will now take place at the same venue on December 27th at 6.10pm.

Ulster versus Leinster at Ravenhill in Belfast on Monday, December 27th, remains unchanged. Rugby fans should check updates with magnersleague.com

The St Stephen’s Day and Monday fixtures at Leopardstown racecourse have been suspended. Leopardstown Christmas Racing Festival will take place from Tuesday, December 28th, to Thursday, December 30th. Gates will open at 10.30am each day.

Racing at Limerick on St Stephen’s Day has also been cancelled. However, racing is expected to go ahead from Monday, December 27th, to Wednesday, December 29th.

Scrooge will be on at Grand Canal Theatre until Saturday, January 2nd. Doors will open each evening at 6.30pm.

There will also be matinee performances on December 24th, 26th, 29th, 30th, 31st and January 2nd, with doors opening at 1.30pm. There will be no shows on December 25th, 27th or January 1st.

Disney On Ice: 100 Years of Magic is on at the Convention Centre at Citywest Hotel from St Stephen’s Day to Sunday, January 2nd.

Funderland will be on at the RDS Simmonscourt from St Stephen’s Day to January 9th.

Disney’s Beauty and the Beast starts on December 27th at the National Concert Hall. Aladdin continues at the Gaiety until January 30th.
