Gardaí have seized drugs with an estimated street value of £23,000 at an apartment in Dublin city.
The Ranelagh drug seizure was made up of £20,000 worth of heroin and £3,000 worth of cocaine.
A man in his forties is being held in Kilmainham Garda Station under Section Two of the Criminal Justice Drugs Trafficking Act.
