Boys charged over Belfast school bomb hoaxes

Two boys, aged 14 and 15, have been charged in connection with placing hoax bombs at a west Belfast school.

Two boys, aged 14 and 15, have been charged in connection with placing hoax bombs at a west Belfast school.

Both face a charge of conspiring to place an article causing a bomb hoax, while the 14-year-old is also charged with four counts of placing an article to cause a bomb hoax.

A PSNI spokeswoman said the charges relate to a series of security alerts at St Colm's High School in Twinbrook.

The boys are due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates Court on December 18th.
