Sydney - A 13-year-old Australian boy, charged with kidnapping and murdering a three-year-old girl, was refused bail yesterday and ordered to undergo psychiatric tests.
Police said the unnamed minor was charged after Courtney Morley-Clarke went missing from her home on the central New South Wales coast on Monday morning. Her body was found after an intensive search, hidden in long grass just 300 metres from her home.
