Portsmouth - A five-year-old boy died a month after suffering a massive heart attack in a dentist's chair, an inquest heard yesterday. He had struggled as staff tried to anaesthetise him, crying out: "Mummy, I'm scared," Portsmouth Coroner's Court was told.
