London - India and Pakistan may have hoaxed each other - and the international community - by claiming to have detonated more nuclear devices than they actually did, according to a seismic report due to be published later this month.
At the time of the tests in May, India claimed to have set off five bombs while Pakistan claimed up to seven. But there is no scientific evidence that, between them, they detonated more than three.
