KINGSTON - A beauty queen and two other people have been charged with killing a taxi operator in Jamaica. Ms Theresa Josephs (21), the current Miss City of Montego Bay, along with businessman, Mr Richard Solomon (27), also of Montego Bay, and a US citizen, Mr Anthony Taylor (24), were formally charged on Monday in connection with the crime.
