The High Court has further adjourned "Army deafness" cases to facilitate efforts to dispose of them faster and more cost effectively.

Mr Justice Johnson yesterday deferred hearings of the cases until March 28th when he will review the situation. He said he believed a minimum of 150 cases a week could be disposed of under the State's Early Settlement Scheme (ESS).
