A mother and her seven-year-old son were tied up when armed robbers raided their home, police said last night.
A gang of three masked men — two armed with handguns — burst into the house on Sheetrim Road in Middletown, Co Armagh, at around 8pm last night and used masking tape to restrain the woman and her son.
A one-year-old girl, who was also in the house, was unharmed.
Police said a small amount of cash was taken.
