Washington - US marshals yesterday arrested an anti-abortion militant, Mr Clayton Lee Waagner, suspected of sending a string of anthrax hoax letters to abortion clinics nationwide, the US Attorney General, Mr John Ashcroft, said. Mr Waagner, who escaped federal custody in February and was on the Federal Bureau of Investigation's 10 Most Wanted List, was held after being recognised.
