LONDON - Angry residents from one of Britain's few remaining colonies visited London yesterday to urge the dismissal of their governor, Mr Martin Bourke, after he described drug smuggling and crime problems to a financial magazine.

The Turks and Caicos Islands Chief Minister, Mr Derek Taylor, and the opposition leader, Mr Washington Misick, have united to petition the British Foreign Secretary, Mr Malcolm Rifkind, to remove Mr Bourke.
