Johannesburg - Nkosi Johnson, South Africa's 11year-old anti-AIDS activist, yesterday was fighting what appeared to be a final battle against the disease.
Nkosi, who became a leading public figure in the fight against the AIDS pandemic, has been unable to talk since suffering brain damage last week.
