QMP was awarded the contract for an AIDS awareness campaign by the Department of Health in March 1993, and has retained it since. It was one of five advertising agencies invited to tender.
An anti smoking campaign was awarded to the agency when the Fianna Fail Progressive Democrats coalition was in power in 1990. But when it was decided to run a new campaign under the Fianna Fail Labour coalition in 1993, QMP's application was unsuccessful. The agency has also tendered unsuccessfully for campaigns on dental hygiene, measles and rubella, hogwart weed and vaccination.
The Department of the Taoiseach commissioned QMP to draft a "communicating Europe" document in 1994.
Its major private sector clients include the multinational Procter & Gamble, Mars Ireland, Fiat Ireland, Philips, CPC Foods Ireland and Batchelors.
