US actor Patrick Swayze is being treated for pancreatic cancer, his spokesman said last night.
The actor had a very limited amount of disease and appeared to be responding well to treatment, according to his doctor.
Swayze, famous for his role in the 1980s film Dirty Dancinghas two projects in the works, a film called Powder Blue, and a TV film, The Beast, according to imdb.com. Both are due to be released this year.
