Ursula Celano is an Irish textile designer who combines heritage and design skills to produce a range of thoroughly, authentically Irish products, ranging from tea towels printed with Irish cottage scenes; greeting cards that read “under the weather” and feature a very familiar street scene dominated by coloured umbrellas; and an apron printed with colourful Irish dancers, dancing a jig across the fabric.

Celano's designs are available in the National Gallery on Clare St, in the Pen Corner on Trinity St, in Article in the Powerscourt Centre and in the Daintree Paper Shop on Camden St, through which you'll find the delightful Cake Cafe. This apron is €19.95; greeting cards are €3 and tea towels are €8.50. ursulacelano.com.
