Róisín Meets . . . Niall ‘Bressie’ Breslin

This week Roísín welcomes back Niall Breslin, Bressie to most of us, whose new book Me and My Mate Jeffrey has just been released.

In the book, an excerpt of which you can read in The Irish Times, he explains his problems with anxiety, panic attacks and self-harming, and the steps he took to overcome them.
