Wyse opens Northern Cross branch

At a time when the estate agency business is contracting, agent and property manager Wysehas just opened a new office in Northern Cross, Malahide Road.

It will be their fourth branch and is to cater for growing demands for property management and letting services in north Dublin. Wyseemploys over 75 staff and manages some 20,000 residential units in the Dublin area and has a good reputation for keeping a tight rein on costs, particularly as rents are falling. It won't be a surprise to see them mopping up business, now that management agents are under pressure from owners for allowing costs to get out of control. Wyse's 30 years experience of the business should help them deal with the issues.
