Worldport leases 61,000 sq ft at Blanchardstown Park

The US-based Worldport Communication, a web and wireless application protocol service provider, has leased 61,000 sq ft of space at Blanchardstown Corporate Park in west Dublin. It will pay a rent of £7.75 per sq ft for the building which has 20,000 sq ft of office space on two floors. Agtar handled the letting and Colliers Jackson Stops acted for the tenant.
