MULTINATIONAL transport company Air Express is to open a new Dublin headquarters at Ken Rohan's Furry Park industrial estate at Santry, Dublin 9. The company will be paying in excess of £5 per square foot for the 80,000-square-foot building which is currently the subject of a planning application. Air Express has negotiated a break clause for around year 10. A separate 40,000-square-foot warehousing unit is currently under construction in the same park for another transport company, MSAS Cassin, and a similar size of building is already occupied by newspaper and book sellers Eason. Bank of Ireland Asset Managers are also to fund two 20,000-square-foot units in Furry Park.
