The GPK estate agency is today launching the remaining apartments and townhouses in a new scheme near Mount Carmel Hospital, at Braemor Road, Churchtown, Dublin 14. Five three-bedroom townhouses in the Newtowngrove scheme with floor areas of around 1,000 sq ft are available from £285,000, while one two-bed unit with 900 sq ft is priced at £265,000. The original Georgian house has been converted into three two-bedroom units, each with 900 sq ft. These have high, ornate ceilings, floor areas of 800 sq ft and are priced from £245,000. GPK is also selling a three-bedroom bungalow with 1,100 sq ft at £335,000. There is a controlled entrance to the site, which is tastefully landscaped. Owner-occupiers will not have to pay stamp duty on the townhouses. The entrance to the scheme is virtually opposite the Shell garage.
