This is the first Dublin scheme for developer Parkcrest who has focused on the residential market in Co Westmeath to date.

Design by Axis Architecture incorporates lots of glazing, including floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise the sense of light and space.

The two-bedroom townhouses range from 70sq m (753sq ft) to 80sq m (861sq ft) and comprise a hall, open-plan living/kitchen, two bedrooms (most main bedrooms are en suite) and main bathrooms.

The two three-bedroom duplexes are 104sq m (1,119sq ft). Layout is similar to the two-bedroom units but both have a small private, south-facing terrace of 20sq m (215sq ft).

The scheme's location half way between Milltown and Dundrum near the turn off for Bird Avenue is a big plus.

The mature area has a host of amenities to offer and Windy Arbour and Milltown Luas stops are within walking distance.

Location aside, a big selling point is likely to be the good quality finish at Millmount Court.

Kitchens are designed by Allmilmö and bathrooms are by Roca.

Other features include secure underground car-parking (one per unit), recessed lighting, solid veneer doors, and contemporary fitted wardrobes from Bob Bushell.

All units have either a private terrace or balcony.

The development is wired for cinema surround sound and also features the latest smarthome technology.
